Our Ice Baths use the 2 seater Ofuro Hot Tub (The Wolds Classic) combined with an air source heat pump (cooling refrigerant) & filter system which can cool the water to 2 degrees above freezing. A target temperature to begin with would be around 10 degrees for a sustained amount of time so these Ice Baths are more than capable.
