Service Description

Take the hassle out of Hot Tub water care with our Monthly Service Plan. We will visit you on a set date each month to ensure your Hot Tub is clean, the water chemistry balanced and is ready to use. Every third visit we will also complete a water change to keep up with manufacturers recommendations & each year complete a Full Refresh Service. This is designed for customers who would like to both spread the cost of their Hot Tub maintenance and also those who like the hands off approach and to know everything is looked after. While on site it also gives our engineers a great opportunity to spot any foreseeable problems. (Any additional replacement parts or time on site will be quoted before being charged). Whats included: - Monthly visit to test & chemically dose the water - Monthly visit to remove any debris from spa - Monthly cleaning of the acrylic above the waterline & cover - Monthly cleaning of filters & recommendations of lifespan - Quarterly water change & balance of chemicals - Annual Refresh Service (Usually £299) - Opportunity to diagnose & spot any potential issues - Recommendations of any changes to water care between visits - Additional parts/ labour will be quoted & charged separately - Please note water care & chemical testing is still required between visits to ensure your water chemistry is balanced.
