Service Description

Request a Refresh Engineer to attend your Hot Tub or Swim Spa to diagnose and repair any issues you may have. Someone from the team will be in contact to hopefully diagnose the issue you may be having before confirming the booking, this will allow our engineer to attend with the knowledge and parts necessary. We will also give you a quote for the replacement parts you may need. Our initial callout includes the first hour on site to fix or diagnose the issue you may be experiencing. If it requires additional time on site or a return visit this will be charged at an additional rate. Typical callouts we attend include: - Leaks - Replacement heaters - Non heating Hot Tubs or Swim Spas - Broken or non responsive control panels - Tripping electrics - Faulty cover systems - Replacement pumps & air blowers - Broken jets Please request a repair or maintenance call out and we will be in touch.
