Service Description

An annual service essential for your own health and the health and longevity of your Swim Spa. Rejuvenate your Swim Spa with the Full Swim Spa Refresh. Get back that showroom shine, ensure the internal components are running smoothly and as efficiently as possible, and reduce the risk of faults in the future. The Full Refresh Requires our engineer to be on site for around 4-6 hours and includes: -A full system flush, removing biofilm, grease, debris, bacteria and other build up -Draining of water -Scrubbing & polishing the acrylic shell -Individual cleaning of jet housing and jets -Inspection and adjustment to the Cover Lifter -Inspection and cleaning of the cover -Reconditioning of the cover skin to prolong the life -Removal of all accessible side panels -Inspection of internal cabinet and vacuum of cabinet cavity -Inspection of all accessible components for leaks and major wear if visible -Replace, fix, tighten or adjust any reasonable components at engineers discretion (any of this work will be documented for the customer) -Removal of filter, degrease, descale rinse and scrub (recommendations of filter replacement by the engineer if necessary) -Assessment of internal electrical connection and inspection of board -Inspection of isolator if applicable or other power outlet if accessible -Full clean and polish of the outside cabinet -Refilling of water -Balance of water chemistry -Function and feature test -A handover document including details of work carried out for your records and recommendations for water care (The Full Swim Spa Service may require our engineer to return the next day)
