Service Description

A service if you’re looking to turn off your Hot Tub for a period of time, reducing the risk of pipes freezing over the winter if the process is not done correctly. Leaves you safe in the knowledge that your Hot Tub will be ready when you're ready. The Winterisation or Temporary Shutdown requires our Engineers to be on site for around 1-2 hours and includes: -A full system flush, removing biofilm, grease, debris, bacteria and other build up -Draining of water -Vacuuming of remaining water inside the Hot Tub -Scrubbing & polishing the acrylic shell -Disconnection of pumps, blowers and heaters -Further vacuuming of internal pipework and pumps, blowers and heaters -Reconnection of pumps, blowers and heaters -We even provide a padlock for your isolator to reduce the likelihood of your spa being turned back on accidentally -Instructions for filling and turning your spa back on when you're ready -A handover document including details of work carried out for your records and recommendations for water care
